Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, please contact us within the timeframes outlined below and we will do our best to make it right.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return on an unused, uninstalled product in its original condition and packaging. Products that have been installed or modified are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective.

Warranty Claims

All products come with a 1-year quality assurance warranty from the date of purchase. If your product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Damage resulting from installation or modification by unauthorised third parties
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water or moisture damage not attributable to a product defect

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or via M-Pesa, as agreed.

Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or if an incorrect item was supplied. If you need an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will arrange a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed in a vehicle
  • Items returned more than 7 days after purchase without prior arrangement
  • Products damaged through customer misuse
  • Coding and programming services, once carried out
